 | | | | | Weekly Top Ten: Top Ten Alternative Two Worlds Game Names Print News | Category: Community Content
It's got to be hard coming up with a name for a game. For every clever and great sounding game name there is an equally bad and lackluster one just waiting around the corner. Do you like the name Two Worlds? Do you think it fits the gameplay and story? Say you didn't like the game's name and you were going to rename it something else
what would it be? We want to hear what you would've called Two Worlds!
This week we're looking for your Top Ten Alternative Two Worlds Game Names!
This thread will be allowed to garner responses until midnight, November 7th, at which time a panel of judges will select the top 10 responses to be posted on Two Worlds Vault and, of course, the winner of the week!
The person chosen for submitting the #1 response will be awarded with either a one-week VIP or a permanent title. Rewards are subject to good board history.
Winners have one week (7 days) from when the results are announced to claim their prizes. If prizes are unclaimed after a week, they will go to another eligible person (second place if they do not have the same reward, or someone who achieved an honorable mention.) In the case of no other placed or honorable mention winners, they will go to another contestant, judged by the same merits as that of the original contest.
Unless otherwise specified, VIP contest winners do not receive a customized icon.
The responses must also be appropriate by the ToS of IGN and the VN Boards.
Good luck everyone!
Winner for last week's Picture Caption Contest #2:

Two Worlds Review - RPGWatch Print News | Category: External Articles
RPGWatch recommends waiting for a bargain price in their recent review of Two Worlds for the PC. Here's an excerpt: Two Worlds is actually a very positive experience if you don't dig too deep - I know many people having a blast playing, and so did I. The worlds is huge and the areas are varied and dangerous - there are plenty of areas where wandering off the trail will get you quickly killed (yes I think that is a good thing). The advancement system does a wonderful job of making you feel more powerful with each point you invest and the (albeit unexplained) ability to stack weapons of the same kind to get increased power and effects is loads of fun. The rest of the review can be read here.

Two Worlds has had a couple mods come out for the PC version of the game, namely a few housing scenarios for players. | | | | | Poll of the Week: How Many Hours Are You Playing Two Worlds A Week? Print News | Category: Community Content
Last week we wanted to see if you were spending more time in Two Worlds' single-player or multiplayer aspect, and the results were as follows:
Have You Spent More Time With Single-Player or Multiplayer?
Single-player -- 12
Multiplayer -- 4
Well it seems pretty obvious that you're focusing more on the single-player game than anything else. This week we're asking you just how many hours of Two Worlds you're still playing a week. Are you still playing it day in and day out? Have you replaced the Two Worlds Xbox 360 disc with something else? We want to hear how many hours you're still playing. You can make your voice heard by voting on the right side of the site.

Two Worlds Review - Fragland Print News | Category: External Articles
Fragland has published their Two Worlds review, with an overall score of 62.8%. Two Worlds PC Review - GameShark Print News | Category: External Articles
After reviewing the Xbox 360 version of Two Worlds earlier this month, GameShark has now posted their take on the PC version. Interestingly, they rate it slightly lower than Two Worlds for Xbox 360, which is the opposite of what the majority of the reviews are telling us. Here's a bit from their review: Combat and travel are two things that make up a lion's share of the gameplay, but unfortunately both suffer from pervasive problems. Melee fighting is a simple matter of running around in circles until the enemy bunches up together, then darting in for a quick couple hits and pressing the Jump Backwards key to leap away before they can hit back. On the default difficulty even the lowliest of enemies you face can take a rather long time to defeat since you will rarely find enemies in groups of less than three, making melee combat repetitive and unsatisfying more or less at the time you end your third or fourth fight. Read more of GameShark's review here.
