WELCOME TO MUD BAY AND DORK TOWER!
DORK TOWER is the comic running two to three times a week at GameSpy.com, weekly at Pyramid online, and monthly in Dragon magazine, Scrye magazine, and GAMES magazine. John's cartoons have also pop up in places like The New York Times, the Washington Post and Star Wars Insider. Dork Tower also a bimonthly comic book published by Dork Storm Press.
DORK TOWER is for anybody who's ever played Dungeons and Dragons, who's ever gone to a Star Trek convention, anyone who suspects that Anime is more than just a passing fad, or anyone who KNOWS one of these people. But it's really for people who know what saving rolls you need to make against a level III Demon, which Classic Trek episodes involved the Prime Directive (and who were the directors), and the names of six minor characters and a dog in the Bubblegum Crisis.
It's the story of Matt, Igor, Ken, Carson the Muskrat (yes, he's a muskrat - and he also happens to be the star of Wild Life) and Gilly, the Perky Goth. They're trapped in a world they never made... but are nevertheless striving to create a realistic yet playable simulation thereof!

MUSKRAT RAMBLINGS - Busy Busy-ness
Wednesday, January 24, 2007
Random thoughts for random times...
Much busy-ness.
For the next few weeks, I fear, I'll only be running DorkTower.com cartoons Tuesdays and Thursday. By the end of February, I'm hoping to be back to three times a week again. But the New York Toy Fair looms, and then I have to go to Orlando to demonstrate Out of the Box games to regional managers for a giant book chain.
Think we might take a day or two extra to soak up some Disney World madness. I'm funny that way. Any Disney employees wanna sneak us in on a whim? Grin.
Cool stuff on slate for the Warpcon charity auction, including the first EVER My Little Cthulhu, the prototype Munchkin Cthulhu game, and much, much more.
Other grand news: The Dr. Blink trade paperback is printing, like, NOW, and...wait for it...Cineplexity should be in by the New York Toy Fair! If you go, be sure to ask for a demo from one of the designers!
Oh, yeah: and, the follow-up to My Little Cthulhu?
continue rambling.
