If A PS2 scratches a disc in the middle of a forest, does its owner make a sound?

Motaro Kombat Armageddon?

Is there any news on the inclusion of 'Motaro' to Mortal Kombat Armegeddon? If Midway is releasing a compilation of all the Mortal Kombat Characters that have ever graced a fighting arena -- then why leave out one of the best looking and most physically domineering characters in MK history? If Motaro is to be cut, is there a reason given? Maybe he is to be included as an unlockable character.... your thoughts?

-- Derek

We actually got the news for this a couple of months ago, where Ed Boon himself confirmed that Motaro and the other boss characters from the various MK titles will make an appearance (if you're interested, check here). So no worries -- now you can get your Shao Kahn vs Motaro on!

Missing Knights of the Temple
i see your previews and news about a ps2 game called knights of the temple but i can not find it anywhere. Do you know where i can purchase it, also why is it called a import only for the u.s. thank you

-- Jon

Your best bet would be to check an import store or leap online and see if there are any copies available on places like Ebay, Jon. It's listed as an import only because TDK Mediactive chose not to bring it to North American stores, so you'll have to do some digging if you're really interested in the game.

Resident Evil: Duplicate?

i was looking at all the diffrent resident evil games ahnd i saw dead aim and gaiden looked the same. Are they or just really close?

-- zac

Actually Zac, they're close in the sense that much of the action takes place on a luxury liner in the sea with zombies and other creatures, but most of the similarities basically end there. Gaiden was for the Game Boy Color and is widely regarded as one of the worst titles of the franchise (if it's even acknowledged at all). Starring Barry Burton, the goal was to save a captive Leon Kennedy (most recently of Resident Evil 4 fame) and destroy a bio-weapon by Umbrella. Dead Aim was a Gun Survivor title for the PS2 that featured Bruce Mcgivern as he attempted to recapture a rogue ship and amount of T-G Virus from a terrorist group headed by a former Umbrella employee. It's a rough summation, but essentially close enough to what happened in both games.

Fear & Respect -- Anyone???

Are there any plans to release this on PS2 in the future or on any other gaming platform? Thanks

-- Sandra

Don't want to be the bearer of bad news, Sandra, but John Singleton's action adventure game in South Central Los Angeles starring Snoop Dogg has been cancelled. Currently, there's no info as to whether or not it'll return on a next-gen system, but it looks like the chances are between slim and none.

The Return of Yuna?!

I need to know more information about Fnal Fantasy 10-3,like when it might out.

-- John

Hate to disappoint you John, but there is no such title announced, nor would it seem likely to be for a long time. With Square Enix focusing a lot of its resources towards Final Fantasy XIII and Versus XIII, as well as finishing up Final Fantasy XII for later this year, it's pretty much unlikely that there will be a revisit to 10-3 anytime soon, if ever.
