"Beta service for the new “Linkshell Community” community tool will be launching soon. Detailed information can be found on the FINAL FANTASY XI official website, but I thought I’d explain some additional points which we would like our community to understand."

Linkshell Community Beta Program [ Comment ]

SquareEnix is excited to announce the launching of the "Linkshell
Community" beta program. The Linkshell Community will be hosted entirely on
the PlayOnline website and is a place for all linkshells to have a place on
the internet to call their own. The system features community standards like
message boards, a central location to discuss internal topics and a place to
post events and even pulls in your in-game character data directly to the
site (job levels, synthesis levels, etc).
