Lunar, Dark Cloud, Kingdom Hearts, and still more...
Lunar Eclipse I just noticed that you guys had LUNAR 3 on your release dates. My god how I've dreamed of this day. Is there any chance you guys could get any news on the development on this game? The last piece of news was dated 2000. My LUNAR itch must be appeased! -- Allen
And to think, I've been wasting my nights away dreaming of mating with Kristen Kreuk. Bring it on, Earthsea! I'll watch the crap out of your crappiness for her and nothing will stop me! -- Ivan
Stormy Weather So what has happened to Dark Cloud 3. I don't think there has been a word about it all year, and it was due out by now. Is it even still in the works, or has it been cancelled? -- Neal

Warrior Within Spoilers WARNING: The following email contains Prince of Persia: Warrior Within spoilers. Just a quick question for you. I just got to the part in popww where I defeated Kaileena but don't want to continue because I don't understand why the prince says that he is the architect of his own destruction. I read one paragraph in a forum that said that Kaileena was the sands of time. Is this true? I just don't get why the Dahaka is still chasing the prince after he killed Kaileena and stopped her from creating the sands of time. Could you please let me know what is going on? It's driving me crazy. Thanks. -- Jordan
The Empress of Time was never actually "creating" The Sands of Time, despite what she originally said. The Sands of Time exist inside of her. She either serves as a carrying case for them, or they make her the Empress -- perhaps The Sands double as her blood / life-force. Whichever of those options it is, by killing her, the Prince releases The Sands of Time into the past, where they sit until the Maharaja eventually finds them. This death / release is why in the future the Empress's island is a dump (she's been missing for so long) and why she originally states that "nothing can stop The Sands from being created." To her, it's destiny. She knows they will be made because she foresaw it on the timeline that she would be eventually killed by the Prince. She just doesn't know when they'll be made or when this will happen. So now the Prince is trying to kill her in the future, so that she releases The Sands then, in a time when the Maharaja cannot find them. Since The Sands have still been released in the past, Prince is still being chased by the Dahaka. Only when he releases The Sands in the future will he be safe from it. -- Ivan

Dear editor, -- Jennifer
The first game had a Lion King summons, so it's safe to assume that they may have the same thing in part two. As far as an actual character goes, nothing was announced when Square detailed the additions, but it's still possible. I vaguely recall Simba being tossed around, anyway. -- Ivan

Gorilla Warfare I work in a games shop in the UK. As strange as this sounds, we recieved an email from head office yesterday explaining that the PS2 shortage was down to a 'geurilla threat' in the country where materials used for certain components are collected. I'm not saying it's true, but it's interesting anyway. Actually, the email said 'gorilla threat', but I assumed this meant terrorists, as opposed to monkeys. -- Billy

American Sales Pride So what kind of sales figures have MGS3 garnered since its release a few weeks ago? Was it worth Konami's efforts to make the US release a top priority? -- Alex

Till Next Time Well folks... Tonight I'm hosting a 20 person mini hold 'em tournament that I aim to win, or at least show up for on time. Later.
