Billing Migration Update Print News | Mail News Ramen posted an update to the migration of the billing system:
Turbines new billing system and launchers are still on-schedule and will be ready soon. With that in mind, weve decided to begin accepting new accounts on Turbines billing system before we begin migrating existing accounts. This will allow us to begin using our new systems to sign up new customers without conflicting with our work on the migration of existing accounts.
October hopes to be the month in which we unleash the first Consignment Vendors in Dereth. I think we are all excited about this system and we thought we'd write up an explanation of how the system will work, since it has changed a bit since we first talked about it at the Turbine Nation event. First we'll explain the types of Consignment Vendors, how those vendors will work and finally how you'll gain access to them. In reading this you'll notice a distinct lack of hard numbers right now; those numbers are still being ironed out at the moment.

Way to much to put in here, but here is the intro:
August will see a new batch of skill rebalancing. This will be the only skill rebalancing done this year (aside from hero-level tweaks, which will happen in September). Skill rebalancing is sort of like a type of surgery we do it for the long-term health of the game, even though it shakes up the game, which causes a short-term stress.
