Mark Jung
Chief Executive Officer
Mark co-founded IGN Entertainment in February 1999 and has been instrumental in building the company into the leading information and entertainment destination for gamers on the web. Prior to joining IGN, Mark was the chief executive officer and founder of Worldtalk Corporation, a leading Internet security company that he took public in 1996 and that has since merged with Tumbleweed Communications. Mark is an active member of the Golden Gate Chapter of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO). He holds a Masters of Business Administration from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University.

Michael Sheridan
Chief Financial Officer
Michael Sheridan was named our Chief Financial Officer in May 2004.
Prior to joining IGN GameSpy, Mike was the Senior Vice
President, Strategy, and Chief Financial Officer of SonicWALL, Inc., and
internet security appliance provider, from May 1999 to November 2003.
Mike joined SonicWALL from Genesys Telecommunications
Laboratories, Inc., an enterprise software company in the call center
automation industry, where he served as Vice President of Finance from
November 1996 to May 1999. From August 1995 to November 1996, Mike was the Corporate Controller for Network Appliance, Inc., a
network file server manufacturer. From 1986 to 1995, Mike was an
audit professional with Arthur Andersen LLP, where he was involved
primarily with technology clients. Mike received a bachelor
degree in commerce from Santa Clara University and is a Certified Public
Accountant.

Jonathan Epstein
Executive Vice President and General Manager, Media and Publishing Division
Jonathan brings more than 20 years of high-technology and entertainment media experience to IGN Entertainment. Prior to joining IGN Entertainment, Jonathan was president of GameSpy Industries, where under his tenure the company expanded its revenues, profits, and product line dramatically. Prior to GameSpy, he was Executive Vice President of CNET's international media division. Jonathan was also the founding chairman and chief executive officer of GameSpot. In his career, Epstein has successfully launched and managed magazines, web businesses, radio shows, and CD-ROM products. Epstein holds a degree in Physical Sciences from Harvard College.

David Phillips
Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy & General Counsel
David joined IGN Entertainment in June 2004. He brings more than 15 years of experience as a lawyer and executive in the technology, Internet and digital entertainment businesses, including positions as Vice President, Music Services and Acting General Counsel for Napster, Inc., Chief Executive Officer and a director of Crunch Music Ltd. and five years in various legal and executive management positions with AOL Inc. and AOL Europe, including Senior Vice President and General Counsel at AOL Europe. David also practiced law for four years with the law firms of Hogan & Hartson and Cameron & Hornbostel in Washington DC and served as VP of Business and Legal Affairs for ComTech, Inc. He holds a B.A. from Pomona College and a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School.

Ken Keller
Executive Vice President, Engineering and CTO
Since co-founding IGN Entertainment with Mark Jung and Chris Anderson, Ken has managed applications development and data center operations. Ken has been involved with InTime Software (board member), excite.com (engineering employee #1, director of development), High Level Design Systems (vice president), Adobe FrameMaker (employee #2), and Cadence/SDA (co-founder). He holds a PhD in Computer Science from Berkeley where he was a Hertz Fellow.

Richard Jalichandra
Vice President, Business Development
Richard brings over 20 years of diverse marketing and business development experience, including nine years of international experience in Asia and Europe. He has worked on the client side with premier brands like Ford Motor Company, IBM and Siemens, and also has run three successful marketing agencies. Prior to joining IGN, Richard directed the national accounts team at Terra Lycos, was VP of Business Development at Neopost Online, served as SVP/Managing Director of Answerthink, and founded K23 Creative Services in Singapore. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and his Masters of Business Administration in Marketing and Finance from the University of Washington.

John Koronaios
Vice President, Sales Development
With over 14 years of gaming sales experience, John has a track record of successful achievement in developing strong relationships at the retail/distribution level. Prior to joining IGN, John was Vice President of Sales at Atari for four years, and also held senior sales positions at Capcom and Sony. He began his career as a software and video game buyer for Wherehouse Entertainment. Koronaios received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Oregon, Eugene.

Rick Sanchez
Vice President, Publishing
Rick draws on over a decade of experience developing interactive media and web sites, and has been part of the organization since the launch of the first IGN site, N64.com. Rick is also a gaming and technology writer who's work has appeared in many publications including MacAddict, PC Gamer, MaximumPC, Next Generation, and IGN.com. He began his career developing video content for King Broadcasting, CSPAN, Frontline and The Freedom Forum Newseum. Rick holds an MA in Film Production from The American University, a BA in English from Boise State University, and is a member of Mensa.

Carrie Tice
Vice President, Game Sales
Carrie has led IGN's endemic game sales department for three years. She has been on the forefront of the game industry for nine years, starting just before the launch of the PlayStation in 1994 with Ubi Soft Entertainment. At Ubi Soft, Carrie worked as a global brand manager based in San Francisco, California as well as in Paris, France. Additionally, during her tenure at Ubi Soft, Carrie created the merchandising and promotions department, which interfaced directly with all of the top retailers. Prior to entering the game industry, she worked in sports marketing and special events in both the non-profit and corporate sector. Carrie received her Associate Degree from the Institute of American Universities in Aix-en Provence, France, and her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Colorado State University.

Derek Rudd
Vice President, Consumer Advertising Sales
With over ten years of sales and media experience, Derek has successfully built a consumer-focused sales department and is responsible for creating interactive concepts for new and current clients. Prior to joining IGN in early 2000, Derek held account management positions with American Express Publishing and Time Inc., on publications such as Travel + Leisure and Mutual Funds Magazine. Derek's media background includes agency experience at McCann Erickson LA, and international agency and client experience at Dentsu Advertising and Taisho Pharmaceuticals in Tokyo, Japan. Derek is fluent in Japanese and received his BS in Business Management from the University of Utah.

Jamie Berger
Vice President/GM Consumer Products
Jamie Berger brings 15 years of professional Brand Management and Marketing experience, including leading brands at Dunkin' Donuts Corporation, Cross Pens, and The Walt Disney Company. Joining GameSpy Industries in 2003, Jamie split his time between managing the subscription services business, including FilePlanet and GameSpy Arcade, and getting crushed at Soul Calibur 2. He began his professional career as an Account Manager with the NCR Corporation, and received his B.A. in economics from Washington & Lee University, and an MBA from The University of Virginia.

Mark Stieglitz
Vice President/GM Publisher Services
Mark Stieglitz joined IGN Entertainment in 2004, bringing 20 years of technology and marketing experience in the business-to-business market. In his previous six years at Oracle, Mark led programs that combined system and services to speed customer implementations of Oracle products, defined products for emerging markets, and developed a series of analytic products for Oracle's internal use. Mark also has a strong communications and partnership background having managed Notes while at Lotus/IBM, communications products while at Western Digital, and has many colorful stories about the start-ups he has been involved with. Mark has a degree in Industrial Technology from California State University Long Beach and receives continuous training in game play from his two daughters.

Evan Cowitt
Vice President, Entertainment Advertising Sales
A third generation movie industry professional, Evan brings 15 years experience and a lifetime love of film to IGN's Entertainment group. Prior to joining IGN, he headed sales and marketing efforts for Rotten Tomatoes.com and IFILM. He began his career at the Walt Disney Co. where he worked on sales and marketing efforts for films including "Pretty Woman," "Aladdin," "The Lion King" and "Armageddon." Joining AOL MovieFone in 1998 he spearheaded the biggest single day advertising sale and promotion in company history for the 20th Anniversary of "E.T., The Extra Terrestrial." Evan received his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of Southern California.

Patrick Lee
Vice President
Patrick brings over ten years of business development, management, and interactive media experience to IGN Entertainment. Prior to joining IGN, he was the CEO and Co-Founder of Rotten Tomatoes.com, where under his direction the company continued to improve its traffic, brand, and revenues year after year. He was also the CEO and Co-Founder of Design Reactor, an interactive design firm focused on the entertainment industry that included such clients as Disney, Warner Bros., and Artisan Entertainment. Patrick majored in Cognitive Science at the University of California at Berkeley and minored in video games and martial arts.

Patty Morris
Vice President, Finance
Patty Morris joined us as Vice President of Finance in June 2004. Patty was most recently Chief Accounting Officer of Sagent Technology, Inc., a data warehousing software company, from August 2001 through April 2004. Patty joined Sagent from XACCT Technologies, a billing and CRM software company, where she served as Corporate Controller. Prior to XACCT, Patty served as Assistant Controller and External Reporting Manager at Synopsys, Inc., an EDA software company. Patty brings 17 years of finance, management and sales experience to us, including experience from Wells Fargo Bank, Romac International and independent consulting engagements. She started her career at Deloitte & Touche. Patty received a B.S. in Accounting from Boston College and is a Certified Public accountant.
